What is the Wonder Travel Studio Online Booking Tool?

It’s your effortless way to reserve hotel rooms quickly and independently while still enjoying exclusive perks. Through the portal, you’ll access benefits like complimentary breakfast, priority upgrades, resort credits, early check-ins, and more. Simply enter your preferred dates and location to explore available options! Once you book, we’ll be notified to ensure your stay receives the VIP treatment you’ve come to expect.

Do I need a password to use the booking tool?

For almost all hotels you can search and book immediately. However, Four Seasons properties require an access code due to program terms. You can request one here and it will be sent to you instantly.

What if the hotel I’m looking for isn’t listed?

The portal covers thousands of luxury hotels globally, including Four Seasons, Rosewood, Aman, Hyatt, Marriott, and many independent properties. It is rare that a hotel does not appear, but if you cannot find what you are looking for, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll look into securing perks and benefits for your chosen hotel. In most cases, we can enhance your reservation with exclusive amenities. This also gives us the opportunity to liaise with the hotel on your behalf, ensuring your experience is seamlessly coordinated and that you’re VIP-listed.

What if the rate I’m looking for isn’t listed?

The preferred partner rates are going to come up first. If you want ALL rates, x out/unselect the “preferred partner rate code” filter (example of how to do this here) and then search again. This should show all rates. However, please note that some of these rates may not come with the preferred partner amenities you likely want, so you can always reach out to us directly if you have any questions,

Is it free to use the online booking tool?

Yes! Using the booking tool is completely free. There is never a charge to work with us for hotel only bookings.

I already booked my hotel directly. Can I still get these VIP perks?

In many cases, yes. If your existing reservation is on a flexible, refundable rate, we may be able to convert it into a VIP program booking without changing your room rate, adding perks like complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, and upgrades. Simply forward your original hotel confirmation email to travel@wondertravelstudio.com and we will take a look.

Why shouldn’t I just book through AMEX FHR?

When you book with us, you have a real person advocating for you behind the scenes. That said, we can also book through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) if that’s your preference. However, booking with us offers you access to a broader array of exclusive programs. These include Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Oetker Pearl Collection, Sofitel STEP, Belmond Bellini Club, Dorchester Diamond Club, Hyatt Prive, Marriott STARS, and many more. Each program is tailored to elevate your experience, often providing benefits that go beyond what AMEX FHR offers, ensuring you get the most value for your booking.

What if I need to cancel my hotel stay?

Your confirmation email will include the hotel's cancellation and modification policy. You are also welcome to contact us and we will handle it for you. If you cancel directly with the hotel, just give us a quick heads up so we can confirm everything is sorted on our end.

Can I use the booking tool if I’ve never booked with Wonder Travel Studio before?

Absolutely! We’re thrilled to work with you and can’t wait for you to experience the exclusive benefits of booking through hotel VIP programs. Feel free to share the portal with your friends and family too!

What should I book if I see both Virtuoso, hotel specific programs (like Hyatt Prive or Four Seasons PP) and Wonder Travel Studio VIP rates for the same hotel?

If prices are the same, we recommend booking the hotel’s specific program first, or Wonder Travel Studio VIP Preferred Program, as hotels prioritize their own Partner Programs over other VIP options. Virtuoso is an excellent alternative if the hotel doesn’t offer their own Preferred Program. Occasionally, Virtuoso may have exclusive promotions that make it the better choice—if so, go ahead and book the Virtuoso rate instead! For any Four Seasons, you always want to book the PP (preferred partner) rate.

Am I booking directly with the hotel?

Yes! All bookings are made directly with the hotel, It is identical to booking on the hotel's website. Your confirmation comes from Wonder Travel Studio, but your reservation lives directly in the hotel's system, which means you are recognized as a direct guest but now you are eligible for all Preferred Partner amenities, upgrades, and VIP treatment you wouldn’t have had access to if you booked on your own.

Can you match a lower rate I found somewhere else?

Possibly. Please screenshot it and send it to us. We will contact our hotel partners to see if we can get a rate match and often they will match the price and include some VIP perks on top.

What are the terms and conditions?

All bookings are direct with the hotel, so the terms and conditions for your stay are set by the hotel itself. Be sure to review these details when booking.

I’ve received my confirmation email. Am I all set?

Yes! Once you receive a confirmation email from TravelPro365, your reservation is complete. Both the hotel and our team will have your booking details. After you book, we will follow up to collect your arrival information and ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your stay.

I don't want to book this way. Can I just contact you for hotel bookings?
