At Wonder Travel Studio, we can help with both.
As a top producer and preferred partner with the world’s best hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and destination management companies, our contacts are, more often than not, the owners and chief executives of these companies. That means you have a voice all the way to the top.

Know where you want to stay? Check rates and book through our online portal whenever you’re ready. You’ll receive the benefits included with your eligible reservation, with our team connected to your stay.
After you book, we’ll collect your preferences and work with the hotel to share special requests, note celebrations and coordinate arrival details.
No planning fee for online hotel reservations.
For connecting rooms, multiple-room arrangements or a hotel or rate you cannot find online, contact us for help.

For trips with more moving parts, we bring the details together. From a multi-city itinerary to a deeper exploration of one destination, we plan around your interests, your pace and the way you like to travel.
That might mean the right hotels and room arrangements, private guides, transfers, or an experience you wouldn’t have thought to ask for. We work with trusted local partners to build a trip that feels personal and makes sense from start to finish.

For full-service planning
Full-service planning: budgets & fees
Trip budgets
We specialize in luxury travel. In most destinations, the hotels we recommend generally start at $1,000 per room, per night.
For full-service planning, we work with total trip budgets starting at $20,000. We recommend budgeting AT LEAST $1,500 per day for a 2 person trip. Larger parties, additional rooms, peak travel dates and certain destinations will require a higher budget.
These figures exclude flights and planning fees. We’ll talk through what’s realistic for your trip before moving forward.
Planning fees
Our planning fees vary based on trip complexity, duration and number of travelers, and generally start at $500. We’ll confirm your fee and what’s included before planning begins.
These full-service budget guidelines do not apply to hotel-only reservations.

A few questions before you book
Can I book just a hotel?
Of course! You can book instantly through our online hotel booking portal, with no booking fee and no minimum trip spend.
For connecting rooms, multiple-room arrangements or something you cannot find online, email us with what you need. We’ll work directly with the hotel to help arrange your stay.
Do you charge a fee for hotel bookings?
There is no fee for online hotel reservations. If you need extensive hotel research or full-service travel planning, fees may apply. We’ll always explain any applicable fee before starting.
What benefits come with a hotel booking?
Eligible reservations may include benefits such as breakfast, a hotel credit or an upgrade, depending on the hotel, program and rate. Review the benefits and booking terms shown for your reservation before confirming. Upgrades and other availability-based benefits are not guaranteed.
How do I book Four Seasons with Preferred Partner benefits?
Request your access code, then use it to view Four Seasons rates in our booking portal. Review the Preferred Partner benefits and terms for your selected stay before booking.
What does full-service travel planning include?
We plan your trip from start to finish: hotels, flight suggestions and flight booking if requested, transportation, airport transfers, train tickets, private guides and tours, experiences, and the logistics that bring everything together.
Where appropriate, we work with trusted local partners who know the destination firsthand and provide an in-country contact for assistance during your trip. Before planning begins, we’ll confirm what’s included and any applicable fees.
Can you help with a trip below the full-service minimum?
Possibly! If you’re comfortable planning the trip yourself and would like our help with hotels, there’s no minimum trip spend for hotel-only bookings.
You can still receive complimentary benefits on eligible reservations, with our team working directly with the hotel to share your preferences, note celebrations and advocate for upgrades and thoughtful touches. Benefits vary by hotel and rate, and upgrades are subject to availability.
Not sure which hotel to choose? Email us your destination, exact dates, number of travelers and rooms, and preferred nightly budget. We’ll let you know how we can help and whether a research fee applies.
With this option, our role focuses on your hotels. You’ll manage the overall itinerary, transportation, dining and other arrangements independently.
Can you help with just a few tours, transfers or restaurant reservations?
We arrange those details as part of full-service travel planning, which requires booking the trip’s hotels and other accommodations through us. We don’t offer standalone planning services for tours, transfers or restaurant reservations.
If you’ve booked your hotel through us, we’ll connect you directly with the concierge for help with local arrangements. When we have a good fit, we can also introduce you to a trusted touring partner and share personal restaurant and activity recommendations.
You’ll coordinate those arrangements directly with the concierge or partner.
