Is there a fee to book through Wonder Travel Studio?
No! We don’t charge a booking fee for hotel-only reservations. You pay the hotel’s rate, with Preferred Partner benefits included. Deposits and cancellation policies depend on the rate you choose.
Do I need to be an existing client?
Not at all! Request your access code and book online whenever you’re ready. We’d love to help with your first stay.
Which rate should I choose in the booking portal?
Look for rates marked PP (Preferred Partner). Review the offer and cancellation terms, then choose the one that works best for your plans. If you’re unsure, email us. We’re always happy to help!
Is an upgrade guaranteed?
Upgrades are subject to availability, but we’ll advocate for you! If a particular view, room layout or category is important to your stay, we recommend booking it so you know you’ll have what you need.
Can I book a Four Seasons special offer?
Yes! We can help you book Four Seasons special offers with Preferred Partner benefits. If you see an offer that isn’t showing in our portal, send us a screenshot and we’ll check it for you.
I already have a reservation. Can you help?
If you booked directly with Four Seasons, send us your confirmation! We’ll take a look and see whether we can add Preferred Partner benefits and VIP recognition. Keep your reservation in place while we check.
If you booked through Amex, Chase or another third party, please contact us before canceling or changing anything so we can review your options.
